Serve all patients
Offer discounted fees for patients who qualify
Not deny services based on a person’s:
Race, Age, Gender Identity, Color, Sex, National Origin,
Disability, Religion, Sexual Orientation or Inability to pay
Accept Insurance, including:
Medicaid, Medicare, Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay
and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available
based on family size and income.
